ALL4SPS Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Priority of Terms

The General Terms and Conditions (AGB) of ALL4SPS AG (version: November 2025) apply to all transactions. In case of conflict, the AGB prevail over this page.

A) EU Consumers (B2C) – Statutory Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Exercise, timelines, exceptions, allocation of return‑shipping costs and refunds follow the applicable law and are implemented during the order process and in the AGB.

B) No Right of Withdrawal for B2B / CH / Non‑EU

For business transactions (B2B) and for orders outside the EU there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Only the rules set out in the AGB apply—especially Section 19 (Return Right | “Shortcut” Warranty | Warranty Rules)—and the procedures defined therein.

1) Returns outside EU‑B2C (RMA‑based)

Returns are only possible under and in accordance with the AGB and require prior RMA authorization. Unauthorised returns are not accepted and will be returned at the sender’s expense. The RMA process is available via the shop’s RMA section.

2) Exclusions

Returns are excluded where the AGB provide for an exclusion (including any product‑ or seal‑related limitations and other categories named in the AGB). The AGB are decisive.

3) Return costs, shipping conditions, Incoterms

Allocation of costs and risk for returns, and the applicable Incoterms, are exclusively governed by the AGB. No deviating rules are set on this page.

4) Credit / Refund

Credits/refunds are issued exactly as set out in the AGB (including any deductions, inspection/handling fees, modalities and timelines). The currency follows AGB Section 3.4. No amounts or percentages other than those set out in the AGB apply.

5) Return address

Please pack adequately and notify the tracking number after dispatch.
