Return policy
1. return period
The return periods apply from the date of dispatch or collection. The date of the postmark, the date of collection by a forwarding agent or the date of personal return shall be decisive for the return.
1.1 14-day right of return on products purchased from all4sps AG
Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from all4sps AG may be returned within 14 calendar days.
2. no right of return
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:
- In the case of damaged items (with the exception of transport damage).
- If the original seal has been broken by the manufacturer.
- If our warranty seal has been removed or damaged.
- Software licenses - or offers declared accordingly.
- For consumables such as: Touch modules, foils, membrane keyboards, LCD displays, backlights which are
are not in our sealed packaging.
- If the customer cancels because there are shipping delays caused by customs or carrier, which we

3. limited right of return
We can offer limited returns in the following cases:
- If the customer is a reseller and their end customer has cancelled.
- If the item has already been shipped, our shipping charges as well as return shipping are to be paid. There

In the following cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by all4sps AG:

6. RMA Form
Every return or warranty case must be registered separately via the all4sps RMA form and may only be returned after approval by all4sps. We take the liberty to refuse acceptance if unregistered returns are received by us. The RMA form can be found at the following link.

After shipping, the tracking number must be provided to us.
