Shipping

All prices are net in Euro or CHF excl. Swiss VAT and shipping and any customs clearance costs.

The shipping costs are determined at checkout directly via a request to the FedEx server and are subject to seasonal fluctuations on which we have no influence.

For customers from Switzerland and Lichtenstein the VAT of 7.7% will be calculated and added directly at checkout.

For customers outside Switzerland, the customs clearance costs as well as the VAT will be borne by the buyer. "INCOTERMS DAP"
Therefore, all duties related to importation in the country of destination are payable by the buyer or consignee. If an order exceeds a certain value of goods (in Switzerland 65 CHF, in the EU there is no VAT exemption limit anymore), the order becomes subject to VAT. The shipment will therefore be customs cleared in the country of destination by the shipping service provider (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) to the recipient and charged directly.
