Important Information

To make your purchase as easy as possible, we offer several payment options.

Prepayment
With the order confirmation you will receive all information about the order including bank details. As soon as we have received your payment (please include your order number), we will send your order to the specified delivery address. In case of a SEPA transfer from the EU it will take one to two business days until we receive your money. We will notify you as soon as the package has left our warehouse.

Invoice
The following customer groups have the possibility to order on invoice. We reserve the right to prohibit the purchase on account in individual cases. The payment term is defined by all4sps.

  • All customers from Switzerland and Lichtenstein
  • Companies from Germany and Austria can order against invoice, provided that we receive a written order (official PDF) including the following information: USTID + EORI.

PayPal
If you pay with PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal's encrypted website during the order process and back again after the payment process is completed. A payment with PayPal
is possible up to a total amount of CHF/EURO 20'000 incl. VAT per order. When paying with PayPal, fees in the amount of 7% will be charged directly. The security is guaranteed by SSL encryption.

Credit card
ALL4SPS accepts VISA and Mastercard, the payment is done via SSL encryption and on the external
site of your credit institution. Payment by credit card is possible up to a total amount of CHF/EUR 20'000
incl. VAT per order is possible. When paying by credit card, the customer's credit card account will be charged when the customer submits the offer. Once you have successfully entered your credit card details, it may take up to 15 minutes for the payment transfer to be completed. The credit card payment is processed by PayPal.

Cash payment at pickup
You can, of course, pick up any purchased item from us against cash payment. Please note here that we have limited hours for self-pickup. Prior contact by phone or email is mandatory. During opening hours, a pick-up fee of at least 10.- EUR will be charged. Collectors outside of Switzerland must organize the complete customs clearance themselves. ALL4SPS AG provides only 3 pcs. Commercial invoices are available, which show the Swiss VAT. If the buyer sends us the original export confirmation from customs, we will refund the VAT charged.

Additional payment methods
It is possible that additional country-specific payment methods are available through PayPal's payment processing. However, we have no influence on which additional payment methods are made available to you by PayPal.

Once the invoice has been created, it is no longer possible to change the invoice details. Please check the details carefully at checkout.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, only the article net price excl. EUSt - MWST - IVA – TVA and the shipping costs are declared in our invoices. 
 
The shipment is made according to "INCOTERMS DAP". The shipping company FedEx or UPS will clear the shipment and invoice you for IST - VAT - IVA - TVA.

With the introduction of the EU directives IOSS and OSS, eBay now charges VAT directly on the sale. Therefore, you may pay the IST - VAT - IVA - TVA twice.  
 
In this case you have to reclaim the double paid IST - VAT - IVA - TVA directly from eBay. Proof of overpayment can be uploaded to eBay with a copy of the shipping company's invoice and proof of payment. A refund in the amount of the sales tax that eBay collected during checkout will be arranged by eBay.

ALL4SPS GmbH has no influence on the fees and taxes that eBay charges.  
Therefore ALL4SPS GmbH cannot refund you these double paid IST - VAT - IVA - TVA.

Our customers always pay their purchase in CHF. 
For customers from the European Union we offer the additional possibility to pay their purchase in EUR. You can find more information about payment here
