Important Information

The prices are net prices in Euro or CHF excl. Swiss VAT and shipping and any customs clearance costs.

You will get the best prices when ordering directly from our webshop on this website

Our offers on ebay are fixed price offers. We do not answer questions about discounts and markdowns on ebay.

Our webshop prices are valid for new customers without discount.

We ship with Fedex and UPS - the choice is up to all4sps

We have a "first come, first serve" policy and orders are processed during office hours in the order they are received.

Express shipping has priority over economy shipping.

If the order and payment is made before 14:00 CET, the item is usually shipped the same day.

As long as all contact and tax information is available, eBay orders will be processed directly. However, we reserve the right to process eBay orders in second priority in case of high order volume, which will be shipped within 2 working days.

Since eBay keeps a commission fee for each sale, we cannot offer the items on eBay at the same price as in our webshop.

In our webshop the prices are up to 25% cheaper

For delivery to private individuals, the following information is mandatory.
  • Correct billing/delivery address for invoicing.
  • E-mail address for electronic invoicing
  • Name and telephone number of contact person

For delivery to companies, the following information is mandatory.

  • Correct billing/delivery address for invoicing. 
  • E-mail address for electronic invoicing*
  • Name and telephone number of contact person
  • USTID / VAT ID
  • For companies from the European Union EORI number

Important: No shipping without EORI number possible in the EU area.

If you do not have an EORI number, it is sufficient for us if you send us the copy of the registration confirmation. 


Alternatively, we can also ship as "private". Accordingly, you can not claim the import VAT charged. 

For deliveries outside Switzerland, only the article net price excl. EUSt - MWST - IVA – TVA and the shipping costs are declared in our invoices. 
 
The shipment is made according to "INCOTERMS DAP". The shipping company FedEx or UPS will clear the shipment and invoice you for IST - VAT - IVA - TVA.

With the introduction of the EU directives IOSS and OSS, eBay now charges VAT directly on the sale. Therefore, you may pay the IST - VAT - IVA - TVA twice.  
 
In this case you have to reclaim the double paid IST - VAT - IVA - TVA directly from eBay. Proof of overpayment can be uploaded to eBay with a copy of the shipping company's invoice and proof of payment. A refund in the amount of the sales tax that eBay collected during checkout will be arranged by eBay.

ALL4SPS AG has no influence on the fees and taxes that eBay charges.  
Therefore ALL4SPS AG cannot refund you these double paid IST - VAT - IVA - TVA.
