An item declared as used (US) has been previously operated and may show signs of wear consistent with its age.
The item is in good working condition and fully functional.
Wear due to age or usage does not constitute grounds for return or complaint.
The item may be a demonstration unit, a returned product, or a component removed from a dismantled system.
Manufacturer-specific accessories may be partially missing or incomplete.

All used items are inspected and tested by ALL4SPS AG upon storage, as far as technically feasible.
Warranty services apply exclusively to items sold and tested by ALL4SPS AG.
The warranty period is 3 months from the date of delivery.

An item declared as refurbished (REF) has been serviced and restored by the seller – not necessarily by a manufacturer-authorized dealer (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
The product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to ensure full functionality and a condition appropriate to its age.
Manufacturer-specific accessories may be partially missing or incomplete.
A specific software or firmware version cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly requested by the customer as a paid additional service.
All refurbished items are inspected, tested, and stored by ALL4SPS AG after refurbishment, as far as technically feasible.
Warranty services apply exclusively to items sold and tested by ALL4SPS AG.
The warranty period is 6 months from the date of delivery.

An item declared as new and sealed (NS) is in its unopened original packaging, which has not been opened or removed (if applicable).
The item is shrink-wrapped in its original foil and has not been operated.
The item is considered new and unused.
However, it may belong to an earlier series or version from the manufacturer.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.

Items are used and tested as far as possible - unless otherwise stated without any accessories
