FAQ Return - Warranty

Important Information

A warranty claim will be rejected in the following cases

  • If our trademarked warranty seal has been damaged, taped over, removed or tampered with.
  • The installation of the purchased item was not demonstrably carried out by qualified personnel.
  • If frequency converters, servo amplifiers, drive controllers, etc. have been put into operation without a formation according to the manufacturer. For more information see the article FAQ
  • No warranty or return for software and licenses
  • No guarantee or return for consumables and installation material such as terminals, cables, labeling material, protective foils, fastening material, etc.
  • No warranty or return on repair materials such as touch modules, HMI enclosures, backlights, LCD display if installed by the customer.

If the customer returns unneeded or incorrectly ordered assemblies to ALL4SPS, he has to bear the transport and customs costs incurred for this. "Incoterms DDP" to be borne by the customer. Unneeded goods are to be returned to ALL4SPS within fourteen (14) days after receipt, otherwise a return is excluded.

In this case we will charge the costs incurred. 

In any case, the following return fees apply:

  • Part has been packed but not yet picked up. 10% of the value of the goods
  • Package has already been picked up. 15% of the value of goods + shipping costs

A return will be refused in the following cases

  • In case of damaged items
  • When the original seal has been broken by manufacturers.
  • If our warranty seal has been removed, damaged or tampered with.
  • Software licenses or correspondingly declared items are generally excluded from return.
  • Consumables and installation material which are no longer in our sealed packaging.
  • In case of cancellation due to shipping delays which are not the responsibility of all4sps.

Each return or warranty claim must be recorded separately using the all4sps RMA form and may not be returned until approved by all4sps. We take the liberty of refusing to accept returns that have not been registered. The RMA form can be found at the following link.

In the following cases the return shipping costs will be covered by all4sps.

  • In case of receiving a different item than ordered
  • In case of wrong information in the online store except eBay
  • In case of receipt of an item not ordered
  • Upon receipt of a defective item (DOA)
  • The item to be returned must be sent well packed to the shipping address below.

After shipping, we must be notified of the tracking number.

It is your responsibility to inspect the received item immediately upon receipt. You have 24 hours after receipt to report any such defect. 

  • whether the ordered item has actually been delivered
  • whether the item is in the expected condition
  • whether the item was damaged during transport
  • whether the item is in working condition
